With a buoy-shaped bottle and distinctive scent, Old Spice After Shave is as American as a man on a motorcycle jumping over a baseball stadium while singing the national anthem. And the only thing despots hate more than decentralized government and free speech is the smell of Old Spice After Shave. So punch totalitarianism in the piehole by splashing on some Old Spice After Shave.

I sampled it for the first time recently and really enjoyed it! Not too domineering but effectively scented... The cologne lasted several hours after shaving... I’ve always liked Old Spice deodorants and body washes, now I like the classic aftershave cologne as well. Fairly priced and accessible in retail/grocery stores... good luck!
Yes, I recommend this product!
Why won't the company listen to long time customers and go back to the old formula? One of the worst cases of a company not paying attention to what made it successful. If I worked for the division that's responsible for Old Spice, I'd be embarrassed.
No, I do not recommend this product.
A lot of reviews on this site have been negative, but I beg to differ. While the current Old Spice might not smell exactly as I remember it on my Dad, it's still better than 90% of what's on offer out there for men today.
I am about 55 and have been using Old Spice for over 30 years. Well, until P&G decided to change the fragrances. When they changed the deos at least the packaging was also changed, but I think it was unethical to retain the old names ('original', musk, lime). But for after shaves it is outright unethical for them to change the fragrances in exactly the same old packaging.
A fragrance that competes with high end colognes for one-tenth the price.
I grew up in the 1950's. My Dad used Old Spice and so did I as a teenager. Greatest long lasting smell on the face of the earth. Todays product does not smell as strong or last as long. Bring back the original formula! Please!
I remember how wonderful my dad smelled when he used Old Spice. Today’s product is not the same. Stop fixing things that don’t need to be fixed. Product changes aren't always the best deal. In this case, your product change was horrible, and certainly not wanted. If it's tried and true, leave it alone, and let it continue to be 'tried and true'. Bring back the ‘Original’, and then leave it alone!
A fragrance never forget !
Your product ("Original") is very different from de old one i used since 1966. Please bring back the genuine product and help us to give life to our best memories! It will be great. Thanks!
I switched from Old Spice Classic aftershave about 2 1/2 years ago as it does NOT smell the same as the Old Spice my grandfather used and what I used for 30+ years. Today's Old Spice Classic is like New Coke of 1985--you messed up an original. Whatever you changed, for whatever reason, you ruined a classic in men's toiletries.
This is not the strong, distinctive fragrance that my grandfather and father passed on to me. The changes to the formula resulted in an inferior product.
